As a Psychedelic Journey Advisor at Reality Upgrade, Yvonne accompanies people with heart, empathy and mindfulness on their way to themselves. She especially cares about creating a trusting space in which people feel seen, understood and accepted. For she believes that true transformation begins where we find the courage to look inwards, let go of old limits and discover our true potential.
