People, their stories and the question of what makes real change possible have always fascinated Thomas. For more than 20 years he has been accompanying people as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist through personal crises and processes of development, with empathy, humour and the occasional loving provocation. Along the way he has learned that real change often only begins when we find the courage to question familiar patterns of thought and to meet ourselves on a deeper level. In his view, psychedelic experiences open up fascinating possibilities for gaining new perspectives on oneself and one’s own life. At Reality Upgrade he combines his many years of psychotherapeutic experience with scientific curiosity, openness and the joy of accompanying people on unusual paths.
