Sonja Bödecker is an executive coach for entrepreneurs and top executives and an organizational consultant focusing on organizational culture and AI leadership. As a trained mediator, she resolves conflicts clearly, fairly and sustainably.
She is an emTrace® coach, Mesource® coach and Mimikresonanz® trainer. In this way she combines the fine reading of emotions with strengthening inner resources and helps people build their resilience consciously.
The business graduate brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, sales and management, as well as her experience as a psychedelic guide. She leads Reality Upgrade with sensitivity and clarity. Together with Dr. Stefan Frädrich she runs Reality Upgrade B.V.
