Since 2004 she has been accompanying people in processes of change. In doing so, she combines her many years of experience as a coach and entrepreneur with her spirituality. This is shaped, among other things, by her experiences with shamans during her sabbatical from 2001 to 2004 in Guatemala and Mexico and by her 25 years of experience with psychedelic journeys.
She meets the big themes of life with self-confidence. Accompanying her dying parents at an early age shaped her view of life lastingly and opened up a deep love of life for her.
