Bridge-builder between inner wealth and outer change

Silvia has been accompanying people, teams and organizations in development processes for over 15 years — mindfully, clearly and with passion for the essentials. As a certified (team) coach, trainer and Gestalt therapist, she has worked with leading international companies such as SAP, Porsche, Swisscom and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and has also been accompanying individuals in intensive self-discovery processes for around five years, including the hero's journey to Paul Rebillot.

Her warmth, international professional experience and well-founded training enable her to combine professional structures with deep personal growth. In her work, she creates spaces in which people authentically encounter themselves — beyond roles, expectations and concepts.

Silvia sees people in their entirety — with all their colors. For them, transformation is always at the service of connection: to their own truth, to the joy of being — and to an affirmative life together.
Since 2018, she has also been working as a guest lecturer at the University of Mannheim and combines her knowledge with lively practice in academia as well.

Her personal journey led Silvia to Reality Upgrade, where she continues to train as a psychedelic coach — supported by her own, deeply integrated substance experiences. She sees this accompanying work — both individually and in a couple setting — as a lovingly kept space for remembrance: of one's very own potential and of an inner “home” that contains all the answers.
